After your application has been reviewed and pre-approved, you will need to complete a second form, called "Special Registration Fees."
It is a 10-15 minute questionaire outlining the required services we provide as part of your membership, and introduces the prospective applicant to some of our Additional Services (or add-ons)
You will need to complete this questionaire and provide payment to us within 10 days of receiving a Membership Pre-Approval Letter for our community. This is also required to be considered for add-ons.
If by any reason, we have sent you a Letter of Rejection during the registration application, this step is unnecessary and you can re-apply in 180 days.
* We will neither consider your credit history, or send you to collections throughout your membership with us.
